Make an offer: When you find your dream home, it is important to act swiftly. This is where you put my skills and experience to work. I will help your make a confident decision by offering you honest and candid advice and presenting you with negotiating options.
Together we will review comparable sales then I will prepare a Contract of Purchase and Sale. I will explain all of the conditions and clauses of the contract with you.
I will then present the offer on your behalf, provide you with advice and convey negotiations.
Accepted Offer – All of the necessary documents will be sent to your mortgage broker for approval. I will arrange for a home inspection. I recommend that you attend this inspection so that you can familiarize yourself with the property and any maintenance that might be required.
I will make sure that all the conditions are met within the agreed deadlines and that all documents are forwarded to you lawyer.
When all the subjects are removed I will collect the deposit from you and then we have a firm deal.
